Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted if the customer receives items that are broken or damaged during transit.
- To qualify for a return, customers must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage.
- Return the product in its original packaging.
- Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
- Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if a return request meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
