Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted if the customer receives items that are broken or damaged during transit.
  • To qualify for a return, customers must:

  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Return the product in its original packaging.
  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
  • Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if a return request meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
